Free Shipping over $75 within the 48 Continental US States.

Hawaii and Alaska are an immediate $15 shipping charge

Orders under $75 shipping will be calculated by our sales system and be presented to you before payment.

Express shipping available, your order gets top priority and typically will ship within 24 hours. 

Shai Marie & Co is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen items.

Returns:

Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive a refund. Gift cards, bras, accessories and swimwear are only eligible for store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. Last Chance Items are final sale. Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned. Items returned after 14 days have up to 45 days to be returned for a store credit for the lowest price of the item. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Holiday Returns: 30 day return (if discount code used store credit only) policy on things purchased between Thanksgiving and Dec 20th. All BLACK FRIDAY $15 deals AND CYBER MONDAY items are FINAL SALE.
